Processing Time

• Orders verified and packed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday).
• High-volume periods may add 1-2 extra days. We will notify you of delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (United States Only)

• Free Standard Shipping: On orders $60.00 USD and above.
• Flat Rate Shipping: $10.00 USD on orders under $60.00 USD.
• Estimated delivery: 6-9 business days after processing (Monday–Saturday).
• Delays may occur due to carriers, weather, or holidays.

Order & Shipment Confirmation You will receive an email with tracking number once shipped (tracking activates within 24 hours).

Lost or Damaged Shipments

• We are not liable for carrier delays/loss/damage after handover.
• For damaged items, contact us within 7 days with photos; we assist with claims.
• Save all packaging for potential carrier inspection.

International Shipping Currently available only to the United States. We may expand in the future.
