Return Window & Eligibility
- You may return most eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date (or longer during promotional holiday periods—check your order confirmation for details).
- Items must be unused, unworn, in original new condition, with all original tags, labels, ribbons, and packaging intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number and receipt) is required for all returns.
- Sale items, final sale items, or heavily discounted items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items For hygiene, safety, and legal reasons, the following cannot be returned or refunded (except if defective/damaged upon arrival):
- Swimwear
- Intimates / Underwear
- Jewelry
- Beauty or personal care products
- Any items marked as "Final Sale" or "No Returns"
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Email us at info@newayad.com within the 30-day window. Please include your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is defective/damaged.
- We'll review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with detailed return instructions (usually within 24 business hours).

Return Shipping & Costs
- Customer-paid returns (change of mind, fit issues, etc.): You are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS) and keeping your shipping receipt—we are not liable for lost packages.
- Defective, damaged, or wrong item returns: We cover return shipping. We'll provide a prepaid return label via email or reimburse reasonable shipping costs (up to standard US domestic rates) upon approval.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable in all cases.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item (typically within 3-5 business days), we'll email you a confirmation.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 1-3 business days. Please allow additional time (up to 10 business days) for your bank or credit card issuer to post the credit.
- For defective/damaged/incorrect items: Full refund including original shipping cost, or free replacement (if in stock).
Exchanges
- Exchanges are available only for defective, damaged, wrong size/color received, or out-of-stock similar items (subject to availability).
- Contact us first—we'll arrange a replacement at no extra cost if possible. If the item is no longer available, we'll issue a full refund.
