At Newayad, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review the policy below for our return, exchange, and refund guidelines.

1. Return Eligibility

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
  • To be eligible for a return:
    • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when received.
    • It must be returned in its original packaging with tags or ribbons intact.
    • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

2. Non-Eligible Returns & Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Items showing obvious signs of use
  • Items damaged or missing parts not due to our error
  • Items returned after 30 days from the date of delivery

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 1–3 business days.

4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card provider – it may take 1–3 business days for the refund to appear.
  3. Contact your bank – some banks may take 1–3 business days to process refunds.

5. Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund.
  • Sale or discounted items are non-refundable.

6. Exchanges

  • We replace items only if they are defective or damaged.
  • To request an exchange for the same item, contact us at info@newayad.com, and send your item to the return address listed below.

7. Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is granted, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
  • For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
